Dead Hooker in a Trunk (2009)

A little while ago i got really excited when i saw the title of this movie. I thought to myself, ''would it involve a not-so-alive hooker and a car with a trunk that's capable of treasuring such a person?'' Who knows... all i knew was that i had to see it. And how that went down, is all written down here!

It starts off really cool when we follow one of the two sisters into a bar. The mucis is loud, they're drinking, dancing, fighting.. you name it. Your typical friday night, i asume. Unless your name is Rebecca Black, then you'd probably be crying your eyes out on this day. Anyway, it has no problem getting you into the vibe of the movie. And the best news is: it remains cool from here on out.

It doesn't take to long to get to know the other leading parts. The nicer twin sister, the badass, the geek and we already met the other sister. While driving in their car they notice a horrible smell, they open the trunk and scissor me timbers, it's a dead hooker! Unsuspected plottwist number one is a fact ladies and gentlemen! Nah, let's not go that way. It's an awesome set-up for all that is coming, and believe me...you definetly want to stick around for some of the action.

I'll not make this any longer than it has to be. Not that the movie doesn't deserve it, it's just pretty much flawless and i don't want to suck to many asses with my incredibly positive words. *Ahum* all of that aside, i just found the perfect word to describe this movie: COOL. It's just cool, from start to finish and never letting that down. Let me quote something ''Hey there you bitches, who wants a piece of me? Or are you all to bussy sucking cock, or rather fantasising about cock to suck in the future or past cock sucking experiences?'' Damn girl, you are way to cool to go out in public! Have some sympathy..

I must not forget all the fun and hardcore violence. With some chainsaw action, some kick-ass fist fights, being dragged through the dirt behind a horse.. it kinda has it all. So yes, it's bloody and yes.. i loved it for that. But not only that, nooooo, i also enjoyed most of the soundtrack. Some really well chosen tracks, with great aditional soundeffects and so on. The cinematography was beyond everything i might have expected. It looks great, it has a very personal vibe to it and it's just utterly entertaining. What else can i say, i have no dirt to throw (/sad). Oh wait, i would never throw any dirt. I always respect the independent filmmaker(s), especialy when they deliver something this awesome.

I can't wait for American Mary to show it's face to the audience. Dead Hooker in a Trunk must be a dream debute, with enough appeal to grab a nice group of fans by the balls and leave the mainstream outside the door. Thanks Soska sisters!
